Easing Into the New Year
Christmas holidays are over for another year. Presents are put away, the last of the guests have gone, and the leftovers are getting questionable. Phew! You made it through, and have earned that glass of wine and piece of chocolate! You glance at the calendar and see that there is only a few days left this month. A new year is on the horizon.
And all of a sudden there is so much pressure to set those New Year’s resolutions, have them all down on paper and ready to go for January 1. New year, new you! Right?!? Pick your word of the year, plan your 12 week year, have all your ducks in a row by New Year’s Eve!
But then how fast do they get abandoned, set aside, and marked as yet another failure?
