Do you find yourself hunting for that piece of paper with your grocery list on it? Where did I write down that appointment time? 30 minutes wasted waiting at the doctor’s office, when you could have been planning out your meals for the week. Do you struggle to keep it all together in one place?
Cheating on my notebook
I have had long-standing affairs with both paper and digital planning. Sometimes I have even felt guilt at swaying too far one way, while completely ignoring the other. (I’m cheating on my leather traveler’s notebook with my iPhone!) There have even been times I have tried to keep up with both, taking the time to duplicate (even in some cases triplicate) information. It’s a process, one that keeps evolving as I go through ages and stages of life.
But at the moment, I seem to have found a groove that is working really well. Productivity is moving forward, organization is near perfect, and everything is running smoothly! I am in my happy place!
So in that vein, I thought I would share how I am doing what I’m doing, starting with what’s on my phone. There are still some things that require pen and paper (I’ll save those for another post), but right now, life is always on the move, so keeping it all organized means it’s mainly digital. Check out this video tour of my phone, with links and information below!…
